Angelos is an experienced Chartered Accountant (+22 years), with the practical mind of an Engineer.
He was a Director in a Big 4 Audit firm and have accumulated International Corporate Structuring and Corporate Finance Services expertise.
He acted as part time CFO for medium and large enterprises ranging from 10 million EUR to 1.5 billion EUR worth of assets. He was responsible for the provision of Tax and Legal related services to Cyprus entities in multijurisdictional groups in various sectors (automotive, pharmaceuticals, real estate, technology, tourism, etc).
He was also involved with Feasibility studies, Due Diligences, Business Valuations and Restructurings.
He holds a First class BEng (Honours) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from City University, London and an MSc in Finance from Imperial College, London.
He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a practicing member of the ICPAC Cyprus and of the ICAEW UK.
He is also the Vice President of the Cyprus India Business Association.
Giannis is an experienced finance professional specialising in IFRS reporting, financial analysis and regulatory compliance.
He is a Fellow Member of ACCA (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC/SELK) and held senior role in Big 4 audit firm.
With over 14 years of professional experience, Giannis is working extensively with regulated and multinational organisations across the fintech, investment and professional services sectors. His expertise includes financial reporting, VAT and VIES compliance, audit coordination and finance operations management. He is advising international clients on complex financial reporting matters.
He is currently the Senior Manager leading the CFO as a Service.
